Most commissions start with a short written brief and a survey visit. We look at the space, listen to how it will be used, and then produce a priced design outline. If the direction is right, we continue into console engineering, integration or whichever of the six services the project needs, and we confirm the sequence in writing before work starts.
Yes. A single control console, a network review or an interactive planning pack are all valid standalone commissions. We reserve the larger integration engagements according to capacity, so it is worth writing to us early if you are planning a substantial build in the coming season.
We work across the United Kingdom and take on selected projects in Europe. Travel and accommodation are estimated separately and agreed before any site attendance, so there are no surprises in the final invoice.
